Here’s exactly how I use the information you share with me

Last Updated [8-26-2025]

Intro – Why This Page Exists

I’m a licensed Loan Officer. Yes, that means I’m in sales — but I believe that gives me a responsibility to handle your information with integrity.

This page lays out, in plain language, exactly how I collect, use, and protect the information you share with me.

My goal: clarity first, compliance always.

1. Why a Privacy Policy Matters

Regulators require me to tell you what information I collect and how I use it.

How I do it:

  • I ask for your information when you use certain parts of my site, like forms, calculators, or signup options.

  • I use that information to provide the service you requested — like sending you Intel Briefs, sharing a guide, or starting an application.

  • If you share your info with me, I will follow up to show you more about what I do and how I work.

  • You always have clean, easy ways to opt out — no questions asked.

  • I do not sell or trade your information. Ever.

2. What Information I Collect

Regulators require me to be clear about what types of information I collect from you.

How I do it:

  • When you fill out a form, sign up for Intel Briefs, or use one of my tools, I ask for your name, email address, and phone number.

  • If you start a mortgage application, I collect financial details needed to process it (this goes through my licensed employer).

  • Like most websites, my site also collects basic usage data — things like page visits, clicks, or cookies — so I can improve the experience.

  • I do not collect unnecessary details or dig into your personal life.

3. How I Use Your Information

How I do it:

  • To deliver the service you asked for — Intel Briefs, guides, tools, or loan applications.

  • To follow up with you: sharing insights, checking in, and showing you how I work.

  • If you don’t want further contact, you can unsubscribe or reply STOP anytime.

  • I never sell or trade your information.

4. Text Messaging & Consent (TCPA)

If you give me your phone number and opt in, you’re giving me permission to send you text messages.

What to expect:

  • Most texts are links to my Weekly Intel Briefs or quick value drops.

  • I may follow up, check in, or share insights.

  • Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.

  • You are always in control: Reply STOP to opt out anytime.

  • I don’t send spam, overload your phone, or sell/share your number.

5. Who I Share Information With

How I do it:

  • I do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

  • I share data only with trusted service providers (CRM, email, texting platform) to deliver the services you signed up for.

  • If you start a loan application, the information you provide goes through my licensed employer.

6. Your Rights

You have full control:

  • Unsubscribe from emails anytime.

  • Stop text messages by replying STOP.

  • Request to see what information I have on file, or ask me to delete it.

  • I honor these requests quickly, with no hassle.

7. Updates to This Policy

A privacy policy isn’t static — it can change as laws, tools, or my business evolve.

How I do it:

  • If I update this policy, I’ll revise the “Last Updated” date at the top.

  • If there’s something meaningful that affects how your data is used, I’ll make it clear.

  • Principle: transparency first, compliance always.

Third-Party Services

To provide the services on this site, I use trusted third-party platforms. For example, my CRM and automation platform process your data so I can send Intel Briefs or manage opt-ins.

If you start a loan application, your information will be processed through my licensed employer.

You can review their policies here:

I only partner with services I trust.

Additional Data & Future Tools

As my business grows, I may offer new resources, tools, or services that ask for information beyond your name, email, or phone number.

If I ask for more, the same rules apply:

  • It’s only to deliver the resource you requested.

  • I may follow up with related insights.

  • I do not sell or trade your information.

  • You’ll always have a clear way to opt out.

In short: if I ask for more than your basic contact info, it’s to provide new value — handled with the same transparency and protection promised here.
